USAGE:- It can be used in almost all kinds of plastics viz. L.D.P.E., L.L.D.P.E., H.D.P.E., A.B.S., P.P., A.B.S., S.A.N., PVC, NYLON, POLYESTER, HIPS,EVA & Master batches filled polymers & Plastics.
APPEARANCE:- Greenish yellow free flowing powder.
SOLUBILITY:- Soluble in Hydrocarbons, ketones, Other organic solvent & also in plasticizers.
HEAT STABILITY:- Product is stable up to temperature of 360oC.
WHITENESS SHADE:- PCRP gives neutral bluish lusterous shining whiteness to opaque plastics. It gives bluish shade to transparent plastics.
Following Concentrations Are recommended
Polythelene Transparent Opaque 0.05kgs- 0.1kgs 0.15kgs – 0.5kgs
Polyester Resin 0.01 kgs 0.1 kgs
Acrylic Plastic 0.004 kgs 0.1 kgs
PVC Transparent Opaque 0.05 kgs- 0.3kgs 1.0 kgs- 0.75kgs
MIXING PROCESS:- For polyethylene & Polystyrene, PCRP can be added directly and mixed with hand or in machine withoutpredesolving in special solvents.’

SPECIAL USES:- Whitener PCRP gives outstanding light fastness in combination with micro black C-K for blueing blackshades in plasticized PVC.
HEAT RESISTANCE:-Whitener PCRP withstands all conditions of processing. The powder form resists heat tratment for enough hours at 390oC and without compposition.ABS:- ABS Copolymer are invariably yellowish in colour. Their appearance can be affectively improved by the addition of 0.01 kgs – 0.02 kgs of whitener PCRP (for 100 kgs).
PVC RIGID OR PLASTICIZER:- Mix 0.001 kgs to 0.005 kgs of whitener throughly before processing (The normal addictives can be added along with PCRP). Foils so produced have super white appearance.
